Our recent discovery of the online boutique Otiumberg has left us extremely excited to find a new shopping destination that has beautiful, chic finds at VERY reasonable prices! Otiumberg curates a unique collection of women's fashion and accessories from around the world that are affordable making it the perfect answer to your personal and gifting needs (and wants). We had the chance to chat with the Co-Founder, Rosanna, and get the 411 on her beauty tips, style and London life...
Q: What is your typical daily beauty regime?
A: I have used Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser for years and swear by it. There's nothing nicer than using the hot cloth after a stressful day in the office!
Q: Your hero skin product you cannot live without?
A: That would have to be tea tree oil which helps sort out blemishes in a soothing natural way.
Q: What’s your favourite nail shade of the moment?
A: My go to nail colour at the moment is Chanel Le Vernis. It is smart and natural looking, which is so practical for a busy week of work and seeing friends.
Q: Who do you trust most with your hair?
A: It's gotta be Brooks and Brooks hairdressers in Holborn. I was sold when they offered me a brownie on arrival the first time I ever went! The staff are friendly and offer a high quality service every time.
Q: What inspired you to create Otiumberg?
A: We wanted to take the stress out of buying hard to find accessories and to make gifting easy without losing the personal touch - this is what Otiumberg is all about. We’ve done all the hard work in finding the best in high quality, unique design so you don’t have to. Our price points range from £20-£300, which allows customers to find something for everyone regardless of their budget.
Q: What accessories are your summer holiday essentials?
Q: What's your current go-to gift?
A: The Astrid and Miyu Perfect One rings are my go-to gift at the moment. Not only are they reasonably priced at £39, but they can be worn either separately or stacked and come in three different colours to suit everyone.
Q: Describe your perfect day?
A: An ideal day would start with a slow jog around the pond in Hyde Park – it’s a great way to get some clear head space and prepare for the day ahead. This would then have to be followed by an enormous portion of porridge (I am known to be slightly obsessed)! I’m really excited about our upcoming pop up shop on July 10th, so the ideal day would include heading down to Detox Kitchen on Kingly Street to set up for it, and then seeing the event take shape in the evening.
Q: Where is your ultimate getaway destination?
A: Tulum, Mexico - perfect beaches, weather, food (ceviche in particular) and great nightlife over Christmas with BPM Music Festival down the road. It really does have everything....perhaps I should keep this more secret after all!?
Q: What is your fav P10 treatment and why?
A: I love the 15 Minute Glow - it gives my skin an instant revival and at such an affordable price, which means I can treat myself more often!
